An IDP (Individual Development Plan) is a tool for planning and tracking employees' professional growth.
With IDPs you can build personal development plans, set goals for an employee, keep tasks on track, and follow progress at every stage of development.
Unlike onboarding, which helps an employee settle into a new role, an IDP is about long-term growth: competencies, skills, and career progression.
To open the «Employee IDPs» section, select it in the platform's sidebar menu.
In this section you can:
- create individual development plans;
- work with the employee Kanban board;
- manage IDP templates;
- configure IDP stages;
- manage budget categories.
The section also shows summary statistics:
- Total IDPs – the total number of individual development plans created;
- Active – the number of development plans currently in progress;
- Overdue – the number of development plans that have missed their deadlines;
- Average progress – the average completion rate across all active IDPs, in %.
