The platform lets you track the key metrics of employee training, onboarding, and development.
Analytics helps you monitor employees' progress, evaluate how effective the training is, follow IDP completion, and spot employees who need extra attention before it becomes a problem.
Statistics live in several sections of the platform, depending on the feature they relate to:
- Dashboard – a summary of platform activity and employee engagement.
- Employees – each employee's training progress and their assignment and quiz results.
- Onboarding tracks – summary metrics on onboarding tracks, their statuses, and employees' progress.
- Mentoring – the number of onboarding tracks, assigned mentors, active tracks, and how the workload is spread across mentors.
- Mentees – how the employees assigned to a mentor are progressing through their onboarding tracks.
- IDPs – data on the completion of employees' individual development plans.
